For eligible U.S. orders, standard shipping is $8 (estimated 3–5 business days) or free on orders of $70 or more; express is $15 (estimated 1–2 business days). Some supplier-fulfilled items may ship separately, with shipping calculated for those items. Rates and delivery estimates vary by address and appear at checkout. All products currently listed are supplied and fulfilled by our partner suppliers. Their current returns policy allows requests within 30 days. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number before sending anything back; we’ll coordinate the return with the supplier. If accepted, the supplier typically creates a return label within 2 days. We issue refunds after the supplier processes the return and refunds us. Bundles may include items from more than one supplier, so contact us about the specific item you want to return.
